Black Magic take great time in selecting the right equipment and products. If your item is faulty within the first 14 days we will replace it for you or offer you a refund. After this time your item will need to be sent back to our HQ for repair. If anything happens to any equipment within the first 30 days we will pay for the cost of the postage back to UK ONLY. Your order will be picked and packed the very next business day that you have placed your order.
First class post or Next business day if required in UK Up to 4-5 business days for other locations.
We suggest that a work address be supplied for a fast and efficient delivery time, if an authority to leave is offered and the item goes missing this relinquishes the delivery company and Black Magic Tan UK of any responsibility.
Do not send back any items that you consider faulty until you have spoken to a representative of Black Magic, most faults can be rectified by talking to one of our staff members. If you have purchased our equipment from one of our suppliers you need to return it to them for repair.
Black Magic do not accept returns for change of mind, do not send back any items without talking to a staff member of Black Magic first. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied with any returns.
Black Magic will not accept any tanning solution back. Please choose carefully.
Should you make an order and require it to be changed please contact BM HQ by telephone on 01925 632181 if you have not tried our products before we suggest that you try the sample size bottles first.
Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through, if you have received an item that you didn’t order please contact HQ on 01925 632181, a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return.
All items need to be sent back to Black Magic Tan UK, 3 Lilford Street, Warrington, Cheshire, WA5 0LJ, we advise that you should send back any items using Registered Post, if an item fails to make its way to HQ Black Magic will not be responsible for items missing in the post. Please allow acceptable time for your item to reach our HQ, in some cases it can be up to 2/3 business days.
Items that are approved to be sent back free of charge will be given an address that will offer this service
Black Magic are not responsible for any loss of income due to missing or delayed orders.
Please ensure that you allow ample time for all orders to be received.
All Pop up spray tan tents are individually checked prior to being packed into their boxes. Should the tent be damaged as a result of over bending it will not be covered under warranty. Bindings in tents are joined at the bottom of each tent by a special clipping. A 30 day grace period applies for any tents that have torn at any seams after this time there is no warranty
